SunnyPatch Boutique opened it's doors in March 2008. Originally started by two sisters, and best friends, it is now owned by just one of the two sisters. Finding good quality clothing that didn't cost a fortune was important to us as we too are moms! Getting tired of the mass produced clothing that often would fade after just one wash and having at least two other children in my son's class with the identical shirt on prompted the opening of SunnyPatch Boutique. Here at SunnyPatch Boutique we strive to provide excellent customer service and have a wealth of knowledge regarding each of the products that we carry. Because SunnyPatch Boutique is locally owned, we know many of our clients by name and can provide customer service that one cannot find at large department stores. We love going the extra mile to bring a smile to your face!
The environment is also very important to us and that's why we use paper bags instead of plastic and kraft boxes for gift-giving with ribbon instead of yards and yards of gift wrap. We strive to be as eco-friendly whenever we can! By providing you with products such as Earth Mama Angel Baby, Kickee Pants, Burt's Bees Baby, and many more we're keeping our babies safer and healthier!

We ship very fast, normally the same day an order is received. If mail has already been picked up for the day, I drop off packages on my way home the same day and have them at the PO before 8pm (these are business days, weekends and holidays take extra time for processing.) Please know, if you've received a tracking number from us, your package is on the way. The PO may delay scanning packages into their system (I've seen it go over 24 hours, especially during the busy holiday season) but please know packages leave our hands in a matter of hours and ALWAYS are at the PO in a timely fashion. We cannot control when the PO scans packages. We offer First Class, US Priority, Canadian First Class, and International Priority. If you'd like a different shipping option please call us and we'll do our best to accomodate.
Refund, Returns, and Cancellation Policies:
Due to the nature of the internet business, in the case where any item has been ordered and paid for that is actually out of stock (circumstances beyond our control) we will gladly issue you a full refund. Refunds will be given due to a manufacturer defect or on any damaged items. We take pictures of all our items that we deem necessary before shipment in order to protect ourselves against fraudulent MISSING/LOST ITEMS/PACKAGES; returns/phony defects. We take pride in what we sell and do have an actual store front location, so items that are on the floor are ready for purchase, therefore, rarely defective. We require ALL damaged/defective items be returned to us. Please call us before placing in the mail and email a picture of said damage/defect at email@example.com. REFUNDS CANNOT BE GIVEN UNDER ANY OTHER CIRCUMSTANCE.
We will gladly give you store/website credit for the amount you paid (less s/h) if you change your mind for any reason. Store credit will be issued once the item has been shipped back and we find it to be in the original condition it was when we shipped it out. You are responsible for all s/h costs incurred to ship the item back. Items must be in original packaging, with tags attached in order to receive a credit. Please notify us within 10 days of receiving your package.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON SPECIAL OCCASION ORDERS/PRE-ORDERS. These items have been specially ordered just for you, therefore, a refund cannot, under any circumstance, be issued. If you order a pre-order item along with an in-stock item, your order will ship together unless you notify us and are willing to pay an additional shipping fee for the item you'd like ahead of time.
Each order comes with a tracking number. Once items are dropped off and/or picked up by the PO, we are no longer responsible for the order. Orders need to be delivered to a home in a secure neighborhood or delivered to a trusted friend to alleviate packages from disappearing. We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages.
